Hello, dear parents! My name is Tuyana Badmaeva, I am the owner and director of the International Agency for the selection of family personnel AZUMI

I founded AZUMI in 2012. Today, you can find bilingual nannies, governesses, tutors and mentors for Russian-speaking families in Russia, Kazakhstan, the UAE and Europe.

And it all started when I, a mother of two, an economist with a PhD, with extensive experience in transnational companies, was running off my feet looking for a decent nanny for my children. We all want the best for our children, and I was no exception.

With difficulty and not right away, but I found a good English-speaking nanny for my children. And I realized that many families have to go through such a quest with an unobvious result. How is that possible? Why are parents forced to risk the safety of the most precious thing in life - their children - when looking for a nanny? Why is it so difficult to find a proven professional?
