Your request
We want to know everything about you and your family's needs. From the number of children to the required responsibilities, we would like to get as much information from you as possible in order to best match you with one of our qualified candidates. After you submit your application, we will send you our contract for review, payment for the contract after confirmation of the candidate

Interview
We will work together to coordinate interviews for you and the candidates in question. We are happy to arrange the initial interview as a video call (Zoom, Google Meet, Kontur), in your home or outside. Whatever your preference, we will help make the process simple and enjoyable!

Probation
This is usually for two 12-hour days or for a few days. There is no agency fee for this trial period, but you are responsible for directly paying the nanny for the time spent. You are responsible for covering all travel expenses, accommodations, and you are also responsible for paying for his/her time.

Azumi Staff understands the importance of providing both families and nannies with clear guidelines to encourage open communication from the start of this special relationship. We will provide you with two contracts, one with the agency and one with the nanny. We will also arrange any necessary medical examinations.

The document allows you to find out about the presence/absence of convictions, warnings and penalties.
There will also be information about deprivation of the right to work in educational institutions due to sexual harassment, child abuse, drug use, participation in organized riots and other cases of violence.
Applicants with at least one questionable point are eliminated at this stage of the check.
